You asked for it! The newest recording from the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square features the most-requested songs from stage and screen, based on a survey sent to thousands of Choir fans. Included are Broadway tunes such as "Bring Him Home," from Les Miserables, and "Neverland," from Peter Pan, along with Hollywood hits such as "The Circle of Life," from The Lion King, and "In Dreams," from Lord of the Rings.
In this edition, Tabernacle Choir director Craig Jessop talks about music both timeless and new, the pressure of broadcasting 52 weeks a year, adding the orchestra to the choir, and why he still gets chills directing "The Battle Hymn of the Republic."
